1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Volt Panda website (voltpanda.com) and mobile application (the "App"), operated by Volt Point Technologies LLP ("Volt Panda," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, browsing our website, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law, to create an account or use our Services.

3. Our Services

Volt Panda provides a network of electric-vehicle charging stations and a companion app that lets you locate chargers, start and monitor charging sessions, and make payments. Features described as "coming soon" (including Volt Taxi, Volt E-Rentals, and Volt Café) are not yet available and are subject to change without notice.

4. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact details below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Charging sessions and payments

• Charges are billed based on your actual energy consumption and/or session duration, at the rates displayed in the App at the time of use.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; Volt Panda does not store your card details.
• You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle and charging equipment are compatible with the selected charger.
• Refunds for failed or incomplete charging sessions, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after you report the issue.

6. User conduct

You agree not to: misuse or damage charging equipment; use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services' security or functionality; or provide false information when registering or using the Services.

7. Station availability

While we strive for reliable uptime, charger availability, network connectivity, or station access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, power outages, third-party site access issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, app content, and website content are the property of Volt Point Technologies LLP or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Volt Panda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including damage to your vehicle, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our charging network. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
