• Location information — your device's approximate or precise location, used to show nearby charging stations and guide you to them. You can disable location access in your device settings, though some features may not work without it.
• Vehicle information — vehicle type/model you provide, to match you with compatible chargers.
• Payment and transaction information — charging session details, amounts paid, and payment method metadata. Card and payment credentials are processed by our third-party payment gateway partners and are not stored on our own servers.
• Usage information — charging session history, app interactions, and device/diagnostic information (device model, OS version, crash logs) to help us maintain and improve the Services.
• Communications — messages you send us via email, phone, or in-app support, including for support or grievance purposes.

3. How we use your information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App and our charging network.
• To process payments and maintain transaction records.
• To locate nearby chargers and provide navigation/charging-session functionality.
• To communicate with you about your account, bookings, charging sessions, offers, or policy updates.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents.
• To comply with applicable law, regulation, or lawful government requests.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Payment gateway and processing partners, solely to complete your transactions.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers who store and process data on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
• Charging station host/site partners, limited to what is needed to facilitate your charging session.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by applicable law.
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 8, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
